Join us every Monday for Meatless Mondays at Andiamo! Indulge in our wide variety of vegetarian options, like our Pasta Mista Plate, which highlights three different types of pasta, and gives diners an opportunity to sample a variety of tastes and textures. Or explore some of our other vegetarian options, including Insalata di Taccole: snow peas, diced potatoes, green onions, red radishes and gorgonzola cheese; Gnocchi Bava: homemade potato dumplings with fontina cream sauce and poppy seeds; and Bruschetta: crispy Andiamo bread with fresh tomatoes, basil and mozzarella cheese.

MONTHLY WINE DINNERS- February Wine Dinner with Piergiorgio Manna

This month's four-course, traditional Italian dinner is a very special one! Not only is February's dinner inspired by the Friuli Venezia Giulia region of Italy, but each course will be paired with a glass of Ronchi Di Cialla wine, which is now available for the very first time in the United States, straight from Italy. Ronchi Di Cialla wine is only available in Texas at Andiamo, and we are in love with these beautiful Italian wines!

and be one of the very first to taste these wines in all of Texas!

First Course

Carpaccio di Salmone — salmon carpaccio

paired with Ronchi di Cialla, Friulano 2014

Second Course

Sformato di Patate e Prosciutto — ham and potato casserole

paired with Ronchi di Cialla, Ribolla Gialla 2015

Third Course

Stinco di Maiale Arrosto — roasted pork shank

paired with Ronchi di Cialla, Ribolla Nera 2014

Fourth Course

Formaggio — cheese

paired with Ronchi di Cialla, Schioppettino di Cialla

Bottomless Pasta

Introducing Bottomless Pasta at Andiamo!

Every Wednesday during dinner service we will be offering bottomless pasta for $20 per person. Diners can choose from one of the following authentic, seasonal, handmade pastas.

Cacio e Pepe: spaghetti sautéed with garlic olive oil, black pepper, parsley and parmesan cheese.

Ravioli ai Funghi: mushroom and ricotta cheese ravioli, sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, rosemary and green onions in a parmesan white wine sauce.

Amatriciana: spaghetti sautéed with tomatoes, guanciale, and olive oil, topped with Pecorino Romano cheese.

Wednesdays also mean 1/2 off wine! Select bottles of wine from our curated wine list will be available at half price to diners.

Andiamo has partnered with The ATX Champagne Society and Harvest Wines to host a Champagne Tasting Pop Up in our bar and lounge.

Saturday, February 25 from 8 to 10pm

Enjoy a curated tasting of Italian antipasti and 5 champagne pours of Brut, Rosé, Vintage, Blanc de Blanc and Cru.
