Please join us for a delicious, seasonal cooking lesson, demonstration, tasting, and wine pairing led by Monica Pesoli of Cook Like an Italian.
Monica has been preparing old world Italian family recipes since she was 12 and brings a rich Italian tradition and to her cooking. Before making her way to Austin, she lived in an Italian expat community in Houston where she not only expanded her culinary repertoire but also taught Italian language and culture courses and hosted guided trips to Italy. This inspired her to start Travel Like an Italian.
Her travels also exposed her to the various regional dishes, preparations, and ingredients across Italy. She brought this knowledge home by hosting "Sunday Dinners" for friends. Over time, these dinners morphed into full demonstrations and lessons, which led her to develop formal classes through Cook Like an Italian.
