In support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Chef Victor has created a gorgeous pink Fettuccine di Barbabietola (Red Beets Fettuccine sautéed with bay scallops, red bell peppers and green peas in a saffron cream sauce) that we are pairing with a glass of Terregaie Pinot Nero Brut Rose` for only $30 per person.
The dish will be available for lunch and dinner.
