Join us for our April cooking class! We have partnered with Daniele, a charismatic young Italian chef who will delight with his passion and talent for cooking while entertaining you and sharing our Italian traditions. Daniele is an expert in private events and pop-ups and we are excited to be able to bring him to you! The cost is $75/pp

Chef Daniele began his career a decade ago, offering cooking classes, private dinners and catering for events in Florence, Italy.
Daniele moved to Austin in 2016, aiming to deliver authentic Italian food and the truest Italian experience with his personal chef business.

Ready for an adventure? This month, professional Sommelier, PierGiorgio Manna, will be taking us on a culinary journey of the Italian Region of Lombardia.
The Lombardia - (Lombardy) wine region is located in north-central area of Italy. This region produces acclaimed still reds, whites, and rosés made from a variety of local and international grapes including Nebbiolo in the Valtellina region, Trebbiano di Lugana white wines - along with the 'Chiaretto' style rosé wine made along the shores of Lake Garda. When it comes to food, you can expect to encounter another side of Italian Cuisine unique to the north that pays homage to the terroir and culture.
Oh, and don't forget to read up on the region beforehand because we'll have a little trivia between courses. Winners will take home a bottle of wine from the evening!
